This is the second time in 9 years that Property Services has done renovations for us. We have been extremely satisfied both times.

The workers were polite and worked very hard and always arrived on time.  They always responded to our communications, either by phone or email. During our renovation we had two unexpected areas of damage, which extended the time needed to complete our renovation.  Due to the severity of the damage, they worked extra hours to get the job completed as quickly as possible. We also added to the list of items during the process and Property Services was accommodating. I have recommended them to friends, who were also happy with the work that Property Services has done for them. They also plan to hire Property Services again in the near future to do more home renovations after their travel plans are completed.

Let me start by saying, not every company or contractor can be trusted.

There are many remodeling horror stories.  Due to this, we wanted to go with a reputable company boasting a strong resume.  Property Services GC did not disappoint.  We started a a major remodeling project in 2020 which took a year.  We were out of state and worked with Property Services to manage the project remotely.  The project manager was very knowledgeable  and accommodating.  We had various project changes and alterations.  Everything was well documented and accounted for.  The   design was modern and functional.  To make a long story short, I am still using this contractor for an additional major remodeling effort.  I would recommend their services to anyone looking for a trusted partner and best value based approach to contracting.

My wife and I have used Property Services GC for construction, renovation and repair projects at our home on Hernando Beach for almost ten years.  Steve Culp and his team of professionals at Property Services have consistently exceeded our expectations.  The jobs were started on time, finished on or before time and the cost was always less than estimates received from other contractors.  Steve personally inspected each project and had his team make changes, at his expense, when he was not satisfied with the work.  To illustrate some of the work done at our home, Property Services has replaced exterior house walls and windows, replaced a two-story wooden front staircase with a personally designed cement staircase, replaced the front door, completely remodeled the Master Bath, Guest Room Bath and a half Bath, removed a hundred foot cement driveway and replaced it with pavers, and repaired the cement platform by our boat dock.  Looking forward in time, Property Services will be repainting the exterior of house later this year (waiting until the dry season).  My wife and I highly recommend Property Services for any home related general contractor services.

Property services did great work for us . During a bad rain season we had water coming in the house . We had to have repairs to the house done as well as have drainage added to the yard to take away the water from the house in future storms . The quality of work was excellent.

Excellent work done by Property Services GC! We had a mother-in-law suite added to our house last year. It was a somewhat complex build as we used one existing bedroom and covered porch which were turned into a great room consisting of a living room and kitchen with beautiful cabinetry and an island. This phase of the project required opening an exterior load bearing wall. The next phase, an adjoining bedroom was added with bathroom including a walk-in tub, a linen closet, and a walk-in closet. The addition is perfect and everyone who visits remarks on how beautiful it is.

We have to say owner Steve, and his crew, takes pride in the quality and craftsmanship of the work including any work done by subcontractors. If a subcontractor did something not up to par, the owner or his crew would point it out and make sure the work was redone correctly or fix it themself. My mother-in-law changed her mind about a few things halfway through the build. Not only did they make the changes, but they also went out of their way to make sure she was happy every step of the project.

We highly recommend Property Services GC and plan to use them when we build a new house in the future.

We needed somebody to finish the baseboards in our house.  It wasn't a big project but I found Property Services GC and they immediately responded and finished the job in an excellent way.  I will definitely contact them again on our future projects!
